Sail Away With Me.....

...to a little boys' dream

A little while back, a friend of mine was getting ready for the newest addition to her family, and I was beyond excited when asked to create nautical themed name art for his room. I also received an invitation to the baby shower, so I made the monogramed sailboat frame as my gift. Now, the little guy is about to join his brother in a shared room, and mom requested their monogram made out of sailing flags. Each letter of the alphabet is represented by a different flag. Very cool. Here is their monogram on either side of the window.

This and that...

A token of appreciation, a bib, and a chalkboard ...

Wooden plaques

Any of these can easily be turned into a "holder" by a adding a coordinating ribbon.

Looking for a place to hang....

Corny title, I know, but I needed something that covered everything. These "holders" and can be used for bows, pictures, cards, whatever you can think of.

It's in the bag

I love bags. Here are a few I've done so far....

Stretched Canvas

A collection of stretched canvas panels that I have completed. Many are custom orders.

Everyone needs a spot to call their own

A collection of flat panels that I have done. Some have been done to coordinate with nursery bedding or a theme. Others are just based on a color scheme.

Let's go!

I've been talking about creating a blog for all of my crafty endeavors for a while and have finally made myself stop long enough to do it. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom who enjoys all things "crafty". If you have an idea of something you'd like, but just don't have the time or craftiness to do it yourself, consider me your personal craft fairy godfriend. Take a look around and follow along in my "Pursuit of Craftiness". ~SMB
